This page contains important registration information. We suggest that you read it through carefully before registering.
Registration Policy
Author registration deadline (2nd February): All papers (full, short, demo, reproducibility, industry day, IR4GOOD, doctoral consortium, CLEF) must have at least 1 presenting author (Student, Member, or Non Members) with a paid registration (Main or Passport) by the 2nd February to guarantee the paper’s inclusion in the proceedings.
Each paper must be covered by one “author” registration to be included in the conference proceedings. (If you have two accepted papers, two “author” registrations are needed).
Papers not covered by an author registration on the 2nd February will be removed from the proceedings.
Registration Cancellation
The cancellation and refund of a registration will not be allowed after payment. If you have any questions about registration please contact the organisers directly at anna.gnozzi AT kardo.it

- Normal Registration: Until 9th March 2025 (UTC/GMT)
- Late & Onsite Registration: Until 10th April 2025 (UTC/GMT)

Registration Fees
All registration fees include coffee break refreshments and access to the Proceedings in digital format. Passport and Main Conference registrations include tickets for the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet.
Sunday Passes include tickets for the Welcome Reception.
The registration fees do not include lunches.The Member price is for ACM/ACM SIGIR/BCS IRSG members. All prices are in EUR.

Passport registration includes access to the main Conference, the workshops and the tutorials.
Passport and Main Conference registrations include tickets for the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, and participation in the Collab-a-thon. Sunday Day Passes include tickets for the Welcome Reception.
Invitation Letter
If you require an invitation letter for Visa purposes, you must request one after you have fully completed and paid for your registration. Please send the request to the Organizing Secretariat: anna.gnozzi AT kardo.it
Link to Registration System
You can register for ECIR 2025 by following this link: https://ecir2025.myquadra.it. To complete your registration, once you have confirmed your personal details, you need to complete the conference registration and invoicing details/data and then pay for your registration. Payment online is available by credit card through PayPal, otherwise, online you find bank details for wire transfers.
Additional Banquet Tickets
Passport and Main Conference registrations include one ticket for the Conference Banquet on the evening of Tuesday, 8th April. Additional tickets will be able to be purchased, depending on the availability, during the conference.
